In line with Qwickly's data security policy, the LTI instance and all data gathered within are deleted approximately 30 days after the expiration of a Qwickly Attendance license. During the time period before this deletion, the main contacts at an institution are notified via email and given the opportunity to download their Qwickly Attendance data. In order to download this data, these steps must be followed:
1) Have an administrator of the qwickly.tools account log into the qwickly.tools Dashboard.
2) Locate your production instance and click the 'Manage Attendance' button.
3) On the reporting screen, locate the Full Export card and click the Download button (do not select a semester in order to get all data). Alternatively, download the data by semester using the dropdown menu. See additional details on exporting attendance data into a CSV file.
Note if there is a large amount of data, it could take a few moments to generate the resulting CSV file.
