Blackboard users are sometimes faced with an unexpected message from Blackboard when launching the Attendance LTI tool that states "The Tool Provider has been disabled by The System Administrator".
There are a couple of things you can check to make sure this isn't being caused by a configuration error.
1. Make sure the "www.qwickly.tools" provider domain's status is "Approved". In order to check this, you can go to System Admin > Integrations: LTI Tool Providers. The image below shows a correctly configured provider domain.
2. Make sure LTI tools are enabled in your system. In order to check this, you can go to System Admin > Tools and Utilities: Tools. In here, look for the tool labeled "LTI" and make sure the availability for this tool is set to on (example screenshot below)
