Qwickly Attendance: User Information stored by Qwickly

System Administrators with access to the Qwickly Dashboard (www.qwickly.tools) will be able to view/edit what Information Qwickly stores on their Instance's users.

This can be done by navigating to www.qwickly.tools > Manage Instances. The Admin can then click on the button at the top left corner of their registered Instance's panel.

This will show a page with all of the Instance users that have been detected by Qwickly and any information stored on them. The Admin can also use this page to edit any user information if needed.

How often does Qwickly sync User Information from the LMS?

The "Cache student data with Qwickly" is designed to minimize API calls to the LMS, so that the tool can run more efficiently. Qwickly also stores the last date a user's data was synced. This way, Qwickly can check which date each user's data was last synced, and will perform a re-sync if the last sync date was more than a week before.
