Qwickly Attendance LTI allows administrators who have an account into the Qwickly Dashboard (www.qwickly.tools) with the ability to download their attendance data in a CSV file through a "Full Export" download option.

This can be accessed by going to www.qwickly.tools > Manage Instances > Your Instance's Attendance Settings >Full Export

The options for the data download are as follows:

  • Running a "Full Export" without any custom parameters will download all of your Attendance data
  • Running a "Full Export" by filtering in a course_code will download the Attendance records of all courses whose course code matches the parameter (For example: putting in "FA2020" in the course_code filter field and running the full export will download data of courses where "FA2020" is in the course code such as FA2020-CSC-210-01 and so forth)
  • Running a "Full Export" by filtering in a time frame will download data from the selected time frame
  • Furthermore, users can copy a static URL by clicking on "Copy Download Link". This URL can be accessed programatically and will produce a CSV file of the attendance data.
