Users of Qwickly's LTI tools may come across error pages (example: Redirect Error) which are caused when a device or browser blocks our cookies.
There are some suggestions below for checking settings across various devices/browsers so that a user is able to access Qwickly:
Use a different browser
Users can try running the application from an alternate browser (Or through their school's Blackboard/Canvas/D2L Student App)
Enable cookies
Users should verify that their browser allows all cookies: https://qwickly.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038646511-Qwickly-LTI-Allowing-Third-Party-Cookies-In-Different-Devices
Update your Device's OS
If you are using an Apple device, you also may want to check to see if your device is running the latest available iOS Operating System version, at Settings > General. We recommend using the Automatic Updates feature. Similarly, Android users can check their android versions from device settings > About Phone/About Device > Android Version
If users still have issues after trying the above suggestions, they can open a ticket with Qwickly by going to www.qwickly.tools/support/ and include the following information:
- Their Device Type
- Their Browser used or app used to open Qwickly
- Their School Name
- Their Course Name
