Qwickly: Connection Error

Users may sometimes see a "Connection Error" page when using Qwickly. This means that Qwickly was unable to generate an API token from your LMS server.

Qwickly utilizes REST APIs to get data from your LMS. Qwickly will make a request to your LMS to generate an API token. If this request goes unfulfilled for 10 seconds, then Qwickly produces a connection error.

This indicates that the LMS server may be facing some load issues and is responding slower than expected. Admins should check the servers logs to make sure the LMS server is working as expected.
