A Redirect Error means that Qwickly's site's cookies aren't being detected by the browser.
- The user can try running the application from an alternate browser (or through their school's Blackboard/Canvas/D2L Student App)
- The user can also enable all cookies in their browser: https://qwickly.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038646511-Qwickly-LTI-Allowing-Third-Party-Cookies-In-Different-Devices
- If the user is using an Apple device, they also may want to check to see if their device is running the latest available iOS Operating System version
