500 Error
This error indicates that the web app has come across an unexpected error.
Users should click on the "Submit a support ticket" link, and the support message with auto-generate an error message that will allow Qwickly to troubleshoot further.
Session Error
This error indicates that the user's session received incomplete data.
This is generally fixed by either refreshing the page or closing all open Qwickly tabs and re-launching the tool
"Incorrect Redirect URI" Message
This error indicates that the Institution's configuration of Qwickly may be incorrect.
Admins are recommended to review their configuration of Qwickly in their LMS, or to open a support ticket.
Redirect Error
This error indicates that the user's browser is rejecting Qwickly's cookies.
It is recommended that they allow Qwickly the ability to store session cookies. Read more here.
CSRF Error
This error indicates that the user made an unexpected request that Qwickly cannot process.
This is generally fixed by either refreshing the page or closing all open Qwickly tabs and re-launching the tool.
Access Denied
This error indicates that the user has an LMS role that has not been allowed to use Qwickly.
This issue can be resolved by updating Qwickly's settings for your institution. Read more here.
Connection Error
This error indicates that Qwickly was unable to generate an API token from the LMS.
This usually indicates that the Institution's LMS server may be dealing with load issues, and should be reported to institutional admins as Qwickly is unable to take any further action. Read more here.
Domain Not Recognized/Instance Not Recognized
This error indicates that the Institution's configuration of Qwickly may be incorrect.
Admins are recommended to review their configuration of Qwickly in their LMS, or to open a support ticket.
Server Response Error
This error indicates that Qwickly received an unexpected response from the LMS server when requesting data from an API.
This is generally fixed by either refreshing the page or closing all open Qwickly tabs and re-launching the tool. If this issue persists, users should open a support ticket with Qwickly.
