To use Qwickly Attendance, launch it from your LMS and configure settings, optionally setting a timer for automatic session closure. Enter Check-In Mode, toggle on "NFC Tag Confirmation," select the room, and start the check-in. Students scan an NFC tag to check in while the session runs. End the session manually or let the timer expire. Check student records via the record screen.
- Launch Qwickly Attendance from your Learning Management System
- If you have not launched Qwickly Attendance in the course before, you'll be asked to configure. You can accept the defaults by clicking "Save"
If you'd to set a timer so that the check-in session closes automatically, you can set a number of minutes in settings.
- Choose the "Check In" under the Attendance Menu on the left to enter Check-In Mode
- Toggle on "NFC Tag Confirmation". A new dropdown appears with one or more room options. Choose the room you are using for the class that day. This option may be on already and locked as required. This option will stick for future use.
- Click the "Start Check In" button.
- Students will be able to use the Qwickly Attendance App to check in by scanning an NFC tag in the classroom while the check-in session is running. To close the session, either let the timer run out OR click End Check In to close it early.
- To check a student's records, visit the record screen using the left navigation.
