We are excited to announce the launch of Course Management. This new engine within Qwickly Course Tools is designed for instructional designers primarily, but can also be leveraged by faculty and system administrators.
Note: Course Management must be enabled by the Qwickly Course Tools administrator in the Qwickly Course Tools settings. Faculty, and other assigned roles can then see Course Management.
Course Management Tools:
- Pin courses for ease of access
- Open a card that shows details of the course including number enrolled
- Filter a long list of courses to access those courses effortlessly
- Search the entire LMS course (permissions dependent feature) to launch or explore courses you have access to across the entire LMS
- Launch your courses right from the interface within Qwickly Course Tools. No need to move back and forth between Qwickly Course Tools and your LMS
- Explore your courses and get into the materials, enrollments, and more
Explore Tabs:
- Explore Course - Launch into a completely new interface that has a number of features:
- Materials Breakdown - View all of the folders, content, assignments, etc. You can also search/filter effortlessly, opening folders that contain searched titles within the text.
- Enrollments - View enrollments in the course, search/filter students, view avatars where applicable
- Materials Breakdown - View all of the folders, content, assignments, etc. You can also search/filter effortlessly, opening folders that contain searched titles within the text.
