In Qwickly Attendance Pro, Session Reports can be loaded in the following ways:
Recent Sessions
This report brings up session information of the last 100 sessions taken for the selected institution. The report will display a course name, session title, session date and time, the total absences recorded for the session and the total Attended percent of the session.
Hovering over a course's name will bring up some ellipses (...) which can be clicked to open a Course Summary Panel that will display the Attended percents, average student attendance, average number of absences and the most recent attendance session date and allow the user to open a Course Totals Report.
Session Lookup
This report brings up session information according to the selected time frame (For Select Time: If "All" is selected, the report will follow the current semester/time range defined in the Qwickly Attendance Pro setup). The report will display a course name, session title, session date and time, the total absences recorded for the session and the total Attended percent of the session.
Hovering over a course's name will bring up some ellipses (...) which can be clicked to open a Course Summary Panel that will display the Attended percents, average student attendance, average number of absences and the most recent attendance session date and allow the user to open a Course Totals Report.
Poorly Attended
This report brings up session information according to any of the selected parameters:
- Attendance Percentage in a course is less than X
- Absence amount is greater than X
The report will display a course name, session title, session date and time, the total absences recorded for the session and the total Attended percent of the session.
